30 Coffee Table Books Every Design Enthusiast Should Own
I like to tell myself that one can never own too many coffee table books. They are beautiful and versatile and add interest to anywhere in your home, not just coffee tables.
I view myself as a collector of many things: needlepoint, jewelry, antiques, fabric, and what I’m writing about today, coffee table books. As a lover of beautiful design, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that I love coffee table books that perfectly capture thoughtfully designed spaces, whether that be interiors or gardens. I also love coffee table books that highlight skilled artists and photographers. In a digital age where so much inspiration can be found online, it’s nice to pick up a physical book and flip through pages. When I find an image that stops me in my tracks I will linger on the page to soak in all the details as I try to figure out what exactly speaks to me.
As well as being full of design inspiration, I also use the physical books when I’m styling a space. I have them all over our home on coffee tables, bookshelves, side tables, console tables, and more. The bright, colored, and intricately designed covers add a great deal of interest to any place you put them. Coffee table books make great gifts for anyone in your life. You can introduce someone to a new designer or concept you think they’d like or gift them one from a designer or artist you know they already enjoy. Below, I’ve shared many of my favorite coffee table books showcasing a variety of different subjects. If you have a favorite book you think I should read, leave the title in a comment.

I have linked to all of these coffee table books and more on my ShopMy page! I will continue to add to it as new wonderful titles get released later this year. I’m already eyeing some that I know will be lovely additions to my growing collection!
